On Friday July 9, 2004, the NMVFC took delivery of a brand new Heavy Rescue truck.
The heavy rescue truck is somewhat similar to large rolling tool box. On board is anything and everything needed for a rescue situation. This can range from fires to water rescues, motor vehicle accidents to construction mishaps. It also carries many of the tools and devices normally carried on a ladder truck. This truck is a marked improvement over our existing rescue truck, 10-95, which just could not meet the widening role any longer.
